R. BOOK 2504, PAGE 363, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 2.37% SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
