YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action Complaint has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on Daniel R. Auerbach, Esquire, attorney for Fareic, LLC whose address is 407 North Howard Avenue, Suite 100, Tampa, Florida 33606, on or before 2-5-2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 315 Court Street, Attn: Circuit Civil, Clearwater, Florida 33756 before service on Plaintiff or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
