NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 8, 2015 in Civil Case No. 15-002394-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-WMC2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC2 is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT E. HENSON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 22, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 33, SKYVIEW TERRACE SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 2-4, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS FOR THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
