NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 8, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-008668-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-5, ASSET- BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5 is the Plaintiff, and RITA WHALEN A/K/A RITA THERESA WHALEN A/K/A RITA T. WHALEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RITA WHALEN A/K/A RITA THERESA WHALEN A/K/A RITA T. WHALEN; ANTHONY JONES; DEWEY JONES; UNKNOWN TENANT 3 N/K/A TIM JONES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 22, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN THENCE NORTH 89° 14' 41” WEST, ALONG THESECTION LINE 854.22 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 00° 16' 31” WEST, 353.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89° 14' 41” WEST, 142.17 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00°17' 16'' EAST 353.00 FEET TO THE SECTION LINE; THENCE SOUTH 89° 14' 41” EAST, ALONG THE SECTION LINE 142.11 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS THE SOUTH 240.00 FEET THEREOF AND LESS RIGHT OF WAY AS MAINTAINED, ALL LYING AND SITUATE IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
