NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 4, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-008907-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and 5850 86TH AVE N LAND TRUST A/K/A RAKESH PATEL GENERAL PARTNER GVRRDP LP AS TRUSTEE OF THE 5850 86TH AVE N LAND TRUST DATED 11/16/07; RAKESH PATEL; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAKESH PATEL N/K/A SARIKA PATEL; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 5850 86TH AVE N LAND TRUST A/K/A RAKESH PATEL GENERAL PARTNER GVRRDP LP AS TRUSTEE OF THE 5850 86TH AVE N LAND TRUST DATED 11/16/07; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 21, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, IN BLOCK A-1, HARMONY HEIGHTS SECTION 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 63, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
