NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 08, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-003640-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and GERARD LARSEN A/K/A GERALD LARSEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A Condominium unit designated as BUILDING NO. 780, UNIT NO. 204 of VILLAGE LAKE, a Condominium (together with all appurtenances thereto) according to the Declaration thereof dated March 2, 1979 and recorded in O.R. Book 4829, Page 464, and according to map or plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 33, Pages 11 through 27, the First Amendment to Declaration dated April 13, 1979 and recorded in O.R. Book 4846, Page 395, and according to map or plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 33, Pages 92 through 107, of the Public Records of PINELLAS County, Florida and all exhibits attached thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
