YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose on a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in PINELLAS County, FLORIDA more particularly described as follows:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number S-2, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of ST. ANDREWS COVE 1 CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 4493, Pages 1882 through 1940, inclusive, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 23, Pages 83 through 92, inclusive, together with any and all amendments to the Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Business Law Group, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 301 W. Platt St. #375 Tampa, FL 33606, no later than 2-8-2016 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
