NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2015, and entered in 14-009137-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-OPT2 TRUST, ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT2 is the Plaintiff and DONNA DRUMHELLER A/K/A DONNA LEE DRUMHELLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONNA DRUMHELLER A/K/A DONNA LEE DRUMHELLER; KEITH MALCOM; SAND CANYON CORPORATION F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 21, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
