NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2015 entered in Case No. 2007-004941-CI, Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-WCW1, is the Plaintiff, and BRETT R. RINEHART A/KA BRETT RINEHART, SARA N. RINEHART, and ACHIEVA CREDIT UNION are the Defendants, I, Ken Burke, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on January 21, 2016, the following described real property, situate and being in Pinellas County, Florida to-wit:
Lot 3, Block 7, Shores Acres Block 7, 2nd Partial Replat of Venice Section, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 61, Page 22 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
