NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 4-4-16 , and entered in 15002457CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC F/K/A GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CARLOS D. GOULD, DECEASED; ROSALYNN A. GOULD A/K/A ROSALYNN GOULD; MERCEDES TAYLOR; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK are the Defendant(s).
