NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 5, 2016, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of April, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 317, Punta Gorda Isles, Section 16, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 27A through 27-O of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
