NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 16, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 14-002752-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR11, Plaintiff and JOHN F. WOODS ; BETTE E.WOODS; et al are defendant(s), Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 1, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, BLOCK 3, BAYWAY ISLES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE(S) 80 AND 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THIS SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
