Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 13-010465-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-QS6 is the Plaintiff, and LARRY E. PETRONGELLI, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
ALL THAT CERTAIN OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 134 OF KEENE PARK UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 14 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of April, 2016. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
