NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 4-4-2016, and entered in Case No. 08-2015-CA-002687 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Lucy A. Burns a/k/a Amalee Burns, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #1 nka Angela McQueen, Unknown Party #2 nka Peggy McQueen, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 5th day of May 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 118, TROPICAL GULF ACRES, UNIT 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 99A THROUGH 99I, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
