NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 14-000448-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF PAULINE Z. REINBOLDT, DECEASED, et al., Defendants., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of February, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 2, BLOCK 7, SECOND ADDITION TO LAKE CITRUS ESTATES, THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 11 AND 12 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
