NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2012-000830 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP , Plaintiff, and, STEINER, MARGARET, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of February, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 14, BLOCK D, BELLEAIR ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE SOUTHEASTERLY 10 FEET THEREOF, THE SOUTHEASTERLY 10 FEET BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE MOST NORTHERLY POINT IN THE BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN LOTS 13 AND 14 IN SAID BLOCK D FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; AND FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING THUS ESTABLISHED, RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 14 BORDERING PINELAND AVENUE, A DISTANCE OF 10 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY PARALLEL TO THE BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN SAID LOTS 13 AND 14, TO THE SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 14; RUN THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 14 A DISTANCE OF 10 FEET TO THE MOST SOUTHERLY POINT IN THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN SAID LOTS 13 AND 14; RUN THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN LOTS 13 AND 14 TO THE ESTABLISHED POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
