NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 4, 2014 in Civil Case No. 10-3396-CI-08 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5 is Plaintiff and DENISE F. FONTAINE, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A, FKA CAPITAL ONE BANK, TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DENISE F. FONTAINE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21st day of January, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 14, LESS the North thereof and all of Lot 13, Block 11, PLAT OF PINELLAS PARK, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Pages 91 and 92, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
