NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013-008478-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and DAMEON ERIC HATHAWAY, TANYA M. NEPOTE, STONES THROW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TANYA M. NEPOTE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of January, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 13304, Building XIII, Stone`s Throw XIII, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 7278, Page 504, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
