NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13008438CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC. is the Plaintiff and MARY MENDEZ, A/K/A MARY LOU R. MENDEZ, F/K/A MARY LOU WARREN, A/K/A MARY MARGARET WALKER WARREN, A/K/A MEG TAYLOR; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL BANK; RUDY MENDEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22nd day of January, 2016, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK C, SUNNY PARK GROVES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
