NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10013755CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JACQUELINE MACDONALD; MAJORIE WHITEMORE; PETER T. COTTRELL; RICHARD U. COTTRELL; SCOTT J. BRUMAGE; STEPHEN J. COTTRELL; UNKNOWN TRUSTEES OF THE DOROTHY U. BRUMAGE, TRUST U/A/D 5/10/1984; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22nd day of January, 2016, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46 AND THE NORTH ONE HALF OF LOT 47, BELLE TERRE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 21 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY; FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 46 RUN SOUTHERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOT 46, 35.45 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE CONTINUE ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF LOTS 46 AND 47, 78.65 FEET TO THE CENTER OF LOT 47, THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE CENTER LINE OF LOT 47, 12.38 FEET, THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ON A STRAIGHT LINE 79.77 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
