NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-006044-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST CO., N.A. F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST CO., N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MULTI-CLASS MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES. CASEFLEX TRUST SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and PRE PROPERTY B, LLC A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AND CARVILL LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, A DELAWARE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AND CLORIDA LAND PARCELS, LLC A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABLITY CO. GRANDVIEW FINANCIAL, INC. A DISSOLVED CORPORATION LANSBROOK VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST CO., N.A. F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST CO., N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR CHASEFLEX TRUST SERIES 2007-3 MARY ANN HOOVER A/K/A MARYANN HAUSER-HOOVER UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY ANN HOOVER A/K/A MARYANN HAUSER-HOOVER N/K/A NAME REFUSED UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY L. GREEN PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT VILLAGES AT LANSBROOK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCATION, INC,; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22nd day of January, 2016, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 103, BUILDING C15, LANSBROOK VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN BOOK 14696, PAGE 673 THROUGH 874, INCLUSIVE AND ACCORDING TOE THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLA BOOK 139, PAGES 42 THROUGH 62, INCLUSIVE, EASCH AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
