NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2014-CA-008247, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NA, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA5 is the Plaintiff and CATHRYN VAZQUEZ A/K/A CATHRYN H. VAZQUEZ; SAMUEL VAZQUEZ A/K/A SAMUEL J. VAZQUEZ A/K/A SAMUEL J. VAZQUEZ, SR. A/K/A SAMUEL JOSEPH VAZQUEZ, SR.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; STATE OF FORIDA; MARION G. VAZQUEZ; UNKNOWN TENANTIN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22nd day of January, 2016, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK “R”, CROSS BAYOU ESTATES FOURTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 40 AND 41, PUBLIC RECORD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
