NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 6 October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-019162-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Regions Bank Corporation Service Company, Terri Ogle, Thomas Ogle, Winding Creek III Condominium Assoc. Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 103, BUILDING 10, WINDING CREEK III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE(S) 99 THROUGH 101 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4864, PAGE 1782 ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
