NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 11, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-006359-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CHASE FUNDING MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SECURITIES 2003-6 is the Plaintiff, and JANET E KELCHNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANET E KELCHNER; UKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JAMES KELCHER; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 25, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK A, OF SEMINOLE LAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 54 AND 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
