NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent In Rem Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 14-000994-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A, is Plaintiff and SHARAUN NEWTON, JACK M. DAY and SCOTT MCCLAIN, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on April 5, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PINELLAS County, Florida, as set forth in said Consent In Rem Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure to-wit:
LOT 50, TAYLOR LAKE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
