NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 01, 2015, and entered in 12-12027-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff and JEFFERY S. DVORAK A/K/A JEFFREY S. DVORAK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFERY S. DVORAK A/K/A JEFFREY S. DVORAK; SEMINOLE PALMS OF LARGO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 29, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
