NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 4, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-003433 , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and RICHARD J. PHILLIPS; PATRICIA A. SERENA; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on February 4, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, MAYFAIR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83 PAGE 3, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THAT PORTION DESCRIBED IN THAT ORDER OF TAKING RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8208, PAGE 942 AND MODIFIED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8343, PAGE 783.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
