NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 15th day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13006755ci, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2005-HE5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE5 is the Plaintiff and KORRI A PRENDERGAST A/K/A KORRI A PENDERGRAST A/K/A KORRI ADDY PRENDERGAST A/K/A KORRI A LABARGE A/K/A KORRI ADDY LABARGE; DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; MARK X PRENDERGAST; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RANDOLPH A GRIFFIN and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
