NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2015, entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-006046 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and DONALDSON, PAMELA are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, STONEGATE UNIT I PHASE I, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGES 25 AND 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
