NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-004370-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and MELVIDA AHMETOVIC A/K/A MEVLIDA AHMETOVIC; MIODRAG TODOROVIC, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST 2 FEET OF LOT 48, ALL OF LOT 49, AND THE EAST 13 FEET OF LOT 50, BLOCK , GANDY HIGHWAY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
