NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-005944, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and SHIRLEY POLLACK; COACHMAN LAKES ESTATES ASSOCIATION, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION, SYNOVUS BANK; RON POLLACK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHIRLEY POLLACK UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 28th day of January, 2016, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Part of Lots 11 and 12, COACHMAN LAKES ESTATES, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 62, Pages 26 through 29, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being described as follows: Begin at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 11 and run thence North 56 degrees 25'37” West, 343.53 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of Jessica Road; thence along a curve to the left whose chord bears South 31 degrees 10'54” West, 63.12 feet, arc 63.20 feet and radius 355.14 feet; thence South 26 degrees 04'44” West, 96.39 feet; thence along a curve to the left, whose chord bears South 10 degrees 16'35” West, 157.00 feet, arc 159.01 feet and radius 288.27 feet; thence North 74 degrees 53'35” East, 403.23 feet to the Point of Beginning.
