NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 5, 2016 , and entered in Case No. 14-000004-CI-13 UCN: 522014CA000004XXCICI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST M. JOYCE FROHLICH A/K/A MARY JOYCE FROHLICH, DECEASED; WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS SUCCESSOR TO WACHOVIA BANK, NA; ALLSTAR SURFACES, INC.; HAMMOCK PINE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; HAMMOCK PINE VILLAGE I ASSOCIATION, INC.; LISA FROHLICH; MARTY FROHLICH, JR.; BONITA ANN PASSANISI; KRISTA RESLINK; JOY DOLAN; KEITH FROHLICH; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com,10:00 a.m. on the 19th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT A-1808, BUILDING 18, PHASE VII, HAMMOCK PINE VILLAGE I, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 122 THROUGH 128, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED FEBRUARY 26, 1982, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5314, PAGE 1195, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
