NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated November 3, 2015, entered in Case No.: 52 2015 CA 003312 XX CICI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DORENE G. CARLE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DORENE G. CARLE, TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO 211, INC., TOWN SHORES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANT(S), are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com , on February 19, 2016, bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. (EST), the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 203, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Town Shores of Gulfport No. 211 Inc., a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4110, Pages 1025 through 1093, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 16, Pages 54 through 56, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
