Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit No. J-6, Building J, of CENTRAL CORTEZ PLAZA, F/K/A CENTRAL PLAZA APARTMENT “J”, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Page 66 as corrected in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 4 and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 510, Page 58, and Amendment to create the Declaration of Condominium of CENTRAL CORTEZ PLAZA, a condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 1447, Page 6624, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements, and any amendments thereto.
at public sale, on Friday, May 6, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, to the highest bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim with 60 days of the day of sale.
