Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on April 07, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on May 10, 2016 beginning at 11:00 AM.
