NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014CA003995AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF SHERIE J. TAYLOR A/K/A SHERIE J. DESHONE A/K/A SHERIE DESHONE A/K/A SHERIE JOSETTE DESHONE; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JOHN ASHLEY DEVORE A/K/A JOHN DEVORE; MARK ALEXANDER TAYLOR; ROBERT ALLEN DEVORE; REBEKAH DEVORE FERNANDEZ, A MINOR IN CARE OF CINNAMON KELLY FERNANDEZ-DAVIS, HER AUNT; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JENNIFER H. TAYLOR, are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
NORTH 68 FEET OF LOT 11, OF RE-SUBDIVISION OF A PART OF TWIN CITIES SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
