NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CC-4092 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein LIONSHEAD HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ARLENE J. PETERS is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 13 day of May, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 76, Lionshead, a Subdivision, Phase Three, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 111, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
A/K/A: 4105 57th Dr E, Bradenton, FL 34203
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
