NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CC-4632 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE SECOND BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and FRANCES J. CAMMALLERI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANCES J. CAMMALLERI; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 now known as ROBERT CRUZ are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at wvw.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 11 day of May, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Apartment D-1, Building “D” SECOND BAYSHORE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, Section 14, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 400, Page 180, and Amendments thereto and as per Plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 1, Page 72, of the Public Records of Manatee County, FL; A/K/A: 1802 Sunny Drive, Unit D1, Bradenton, FL 34207
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
