Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2015 CA 005699 on April 1, 2016 in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 19, Block 10, Waterlefe Golf & River Club, Unit 5, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 37, Pages 162 through 168, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. A/K/A: 642 Foggy Morn Lane, Bradenton, FL 34212
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on May 3, 2016. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
