NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 132 of POINTE ALEXIS SOUTH PHASE III, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 105, Page(s) 93-97, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1005 Pondview Court, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 19, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
