NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain condominium parcel described as Unit Number 1403, Building (Phase) 14, together with its appurtenances as described in the Declaration of Condominium of LANDMARK OAKS CONDOMINIUM, a Phase Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 6000, Page 1792, as further described in Condominium Plat Book 84, Page 63, and as amended to add Phase 14 by Amendment to the Declaration recorded in O.R. Book 6499, Page 2001, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 95, Pages 116 through 124, and any other amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3071 Landmark Boulevard #1403, Palm Harbor, Florida 34684.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 19, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
