NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 19, LAKE SEMINOLE VILLAGE - STAGE 3, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 89, Pages 15 and 16, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 10470 98th Street, Largo, Florida 33773
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 19, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
