NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-004603 CI 19 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK, is Plaintiff and EILEEN C. SAMMON, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, less the South 125 feet thereof, also less the North 25 feet for Right of Way, Block 72, MAP OF SUTHERLAND, Palm Harbor, Florida, located in Section 1, Township 28 South, Range 15 East, located in Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1702 Indiana Ave., Palm Harbor, FL 34683
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
