NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 22, 2015, entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-000556 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA DBA AMERICAS SERVICING COMPANY is the Plaintiff and Raymond F. Bracher; The Unknown Spouse of Raymond F. Bracher; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Capitol One F.S.B.; Atlantic Credti & Finance, Inc. as Assignee of Metris Bank; Tenant #1, Tenant #2, Tenant #3, and Tenant #4, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK C, FAIRLAWN PARK, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO A PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
