NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 12, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 08007659CI of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.comat 10:00 A.M. EST on the 17th day of February, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 371 TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 5 FEET OF LOT 372, MORNINGSIDE ESTATES, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
