NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 18, 2015 in Civil Case No. 15-004044-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein MIDFIRST BANK is Plaintiff and LARRY L. STEWART, ALAN T. BEST, JUDITH S. BEST, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE , AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK , CONSOLIDATED ASSET MANAGEMENT I, LLC, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LARRY L. STEWART, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of February, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9 IN BLOCK 12, OVERLOOK SECTION SHORE ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, ON PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTION OF SAID LOT 9; FROM A POINT OF BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 9, RUN SOUTH 66° 04` 03” WEST, 70 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 55° 25` 25” WEST, 99.48 FEET TO THE MOST SOUTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 9; THENCE NORTH 59° 00` 49” EAST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF LOT 9, 168.77 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
