NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 6 October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-002799-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Morgan Gallagher, Ettore Sosnoff, Jenifer L. Sosnoff, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated as Nominee for Irwin Union Bank and Trust Company, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
