Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 12, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
A LEASEHOLD INTEREST IN AND TO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND: APARTMENT NO. 22, BUILDING B19, ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNIT THIRTY-SEVEN, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 66, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4371 , PAGES 2185 THROUGH 2206, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2100 WORLD PARKWAY BLVD APT 22, CLEARWATER, FL 33763; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on February 26, 2016 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
