NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-002740-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-PR2 TRUST is Plaintiff and MICHAEL A. MAZZOLA A/K/A MICHAEL MAZZOLA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL A. MAZZOLA A/K/A MICHAEL MAZZOLA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 19 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 2, CRESTRIDGE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE(S) 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
