YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose on a Claim of Lien on the following real property, lying and being and situated in PINELLAS County, FLORIDA more particularly described as follows:
Condominium Condominium Unit No. 16-1604, ITOPIA PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 14086, at Page 400, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an individual share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Business Law Group, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 301 W.
